Terms of Service

Price & What's Included

The price covers menu consultation, all ingredients, preparation, cooking, service at the table and kitchen clean-up. Beverages are not included. Washington sales tax is added on top.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit of the pre-tax total confirms the date. The date is held as soon as the deposit arrives, or as soon as it is on its way and you tell us so: a check in the mail, a wire already sent.

The balance, sales tax included, is due within one day of the dinner. We accept:

• Wire transfer: the bank details are on your proposal.
• Check: payable to Nico's Dining LLC, mailed to 522 W Riverside Ave Ste N, Spokane, WA 99201-0581.
• Venmo: the handle is on your proposal.
• Cash: handed to the chef, for the balance only. The deposit is not taken in cash.

Guest Count

The final count is confirmed in writing one week before the dinner. Additional adults are charged at the per-adult rate. Children 12 and under, and children under 4, are each charged at their own reduced rate. Minimum charge is the price quoted.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the dinner receive the deposit back, less a $50 administrative fee.
Within that window the deposit is non-refundable.

Allergies & Diet

Please confirm all allergies and dietary needs in writing one week before the dinner. Allergen information is indicative and confirmed on final preparation; food is prepared in a shared, non-allergen-free kitchen.

Drinks

Nico's staff do not pour or handle alcohol.

All we ask is the use of your oven, stovetop and some counter space from about three hours before dinner, somewhere to park within reach of the door, and the table set. Plates, glasses and cutlery are yours; everything else comes with us.
