    Chef Nico exceeded all expectations with his professionalism, communication, menu selection and quality of food. This was a large outdoor event for 24 at my home with lots of complexities. Everyone raved about the food, especially the cacio e pepe lasagna. One guest immediately booked Nico for her own event a few weeks later.

How booking works

  1. Get in touch

    Send the date, the number of guests and the occasion through the form or by email.

  2. Confirm the date

    Nico sends a first menu proposal. Approve it and pay the deposit, and the date is yours.

  3. Plan the menu together

    With the date set, you and Nico settle the final menu around the occasion and your guests, and pick the serving style.

  4. Relax and enjoy

    On the day, Nico arrives with the shopping, cooks and serves the menu in the style you agreed on.

How much does an event cost?

Each event is quoted on its menu and the number of guests. Send the date and the guest count through the form, and you'll get a proposal with the full price, plus Washington sales tax.

Do you serve drinks?

The host chooses and serves the drinks. Nico's staff do not pour or handle alcohol.
