Chef Nico exceeded all expectations with his professionalism, communication, menu selection and quality of food. This was a large outdoor event for 24 at my home with lots of complexities. Everyone raved about the food, especially the cacio e pepe lasagna. One guest immediately booked Nico for her own event a few weeks later.
